A Year in Contrast

John Bulmer 365: A Year in Contrast is a labor of my love for photography. 2015 marks my second Project 365. Forcing myself to conceptualize and compose an image every day has been by far one of the greatest learning experiences of my photographic practice. The current project is all black and white. When I feel my images are becoming predictable, I force myself to change everything. Shooting every day as a storyteller keeps my image-making eye fresh, and that feeds into all aspects of my art.
